AY LIVE 3
After the overwhelming success of AY LIVE 2 that made history with an outstanding smash hit record of a completely sold-out (one show that ended up as two shows) in 2008, the multiple awards winning “COMEDIAN OF THE YEAR” is ready to make another creative and spontaneous comedic statement with AY LIVE 3.
AY LIVE 3 is designed to be an unusual duel that will be showcasing AY in different inventive and ingenious comedic characters. The event that is billed for March 15, at the Expo Hall of Ocean View, will also be packed with other insightful comedy and musical performances by AY’s Open Mic Winners, Stella Damasus, Kate Henshaw, Koffi, Gordons, faze, Tuface, P-square, Dbanj, Timaya, J-martins, MI, Banky W., Neato C, and lots more.
The concert is being put together by Corporate World Entertainment, the producers of the award winning AY SHOW on STV, AIT, MBI and Galaxy.

"GOING AYWIRE with AY
LET’S GO THERE
I don’t need a fortune teller to tell me that you guys are already asking the big question “what is he doing here?” “Who told him that such honorable profession as writing is meant for jokers? Anyway, what else can I say? “SOMEBODY STOP ME”.
At least one of you at some point in time must have heard the phrase “if you can’t beat them you join them”. So what are you waiting for? Let go “AYWIRE”. Mind you, I did not say “HAYWIRE”. But if you want to subscribe to the latter, “let’s go there”
The word haywire has come to be applied to something that is not functioning properly or to a person who is crazy? Haywire is a compound of the words hay and wire, originally simply denoting wire used to bale hay or straw. Are you still here? Let me hear you say “Ohon Ohon”. The term is first recorded as a noun in a debate in the Canadian House of Commons (1917). Who knows that could be the reason why some people went haywire in our own House of Reps sometime ago. I am talking about one of the most tumultuous
free-for-all fight that erupted over the shenanigans employed in the Patricia Etteh N628m contract scandal.
We live in a society where people and governmental agencies go haywire on per second billing. On the other hand the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) is consistently holding on to their power. Just last week I joined a group in a protest to PHCN headquarters’ over an incessant power failure in my area, we got there to find out that PHCN has been using generator in the last one month. Meanwhile the darkness and heat did not stop the African Queens from queuing up for Tu Baba (the god of fertility) to bless their wombs with pre-marital babies.
Kenny Ogungbe has personally begged me to stop saying things about Tu Baba, and I think this is going to be the last time I will be doing anything on him. I don’t want to find myself in Kuru like Nuhu. After all I do not have any “Maga” that will be willing to pay to give me back my promotion as the 2008 Comedian of the Year.
Did I hear somebody say “must you blow your own trumpet?” anyway the answer is simple. If President Obama could say to us “Yes We Can”, then permit me to say “Yes I Will”. Thanks to Rev. Chris Okotie who had to beg him to withdraw the case from Court. Anyway, we are using the Expo Hall of Ocean View (a bigger Venue) for AY Live 3 come March 15, 2009. let me go back to my drawing board and get some brand new killer jokes before another person goes haywire and sue me for not making him laugh. Ohon Ohon!
